I've been moving items in the cold but because it's inside, and temperature controlled, its been helpful. If you end up with a unit on the second floor, like I do, you have the help of a cart and an elevator to move your items. As a forewarning to those that get a unit here, you have to purchase their locks as the unit isn't built for a bolt lock.”

John, Eddie and Jacob moved us and they were AWESOME! The level of care that they took of our things was great. They were friendly, efficient and professional. We moved our things into a portable unit and John packed our things so well as not to leave unused space. This was perfect because it left no room for our things to slide around and he made sure weight was distributed evenly as well. He ROCKED at this!! He should be a professional organizer! There were a couple of questions on the invoice but we were able to work those out immediately. I would absolutely hire them again.”

Bellhops Movers no showed on us and refused to take any responsibility — our pipes burst, house flooded so we were on a tight schedule, really in a bind. So happy someone recommended Simpler Moving! I spoke with Layne and even though they had a fully booked week he was determined to fit us in next day; he really empathized with our situation. He sent a team of four in the late afternoon and they knocked the job out super quickly and professionally. Before starting we walked through the house and the guys noted what was going/staying + any other specifications. The foreman was in constant communication making sure everything was completed to our satisfaction and all the guys were incredibly nice and friendly. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was good. Would recommend this as an easy off-ramp hotel that has quality and that is not shady. Prices were very reasonable. They are conveniently located to fast food establishments such as Wendy's Arby's and McDonald's”

“I'm really impressed by the service at this place actually. Everyone there seems down to earth and polite. U-haul is kind of a weird place that seems to hire a lot of weird people but they company has actually always been super flexible with whatever I needed - when I needed a truck for an extra day, I just kept it, same rate as before with no extra fees or anything. They called me because they expected it back, and when I said I was keeping it an extra day, they had no problem. When I accidentally took a toll road, they billed me for the toll like a month later, with a (I think pretty reasonable) $1 convenience fee. So I'm impressed.”
