“I'm really impressed by the service at this place actually. Everyone there seems down to earth and polite. U-haul is kind of a weird place that seems to hire a lot of weird people but they company has actually always been super flexible with whatever I needed - when I needed a truck for an extra day, I just kept it, same rate as before with no extra fees or anything. They called me because they expected it back, and when I said I was keeping it an extra day, they had no problem. When I accidentally took a toll road, they billed me for the toll like a month later, with a (I think pretty reasonable) $1 convenience fee. So I'm impressed.”

Their installers did a meticulous job, and it looks like an original part of the house. I also enjoyed working with their representative, Philip. He visited my home and took accurate measurements, and he drew up five different scenarios to help me come to a decision. He was a clear communicator and patient advisor throughout the process, always available for questions. I ended up with a beautiful floor that I'm proud to own, and that I'm going to love for years. I will say that the only downside to this location is the parking ( minus 1star). It is located in a busy shopping center that makes parking a challenge on the lightest of shopping days. Also the parking spaces are small. Inside, the store is brightly lit and clean. The staff is friendly and the prices are very competitive with any other grocery store. Looking for Gluten Free specialty items? They probably have it since they do carry a large selection if gluten free products.”
