“I had a tire blowout on me a couple of miles away. It was shredded. I had been to a good Midas before so I told the to tow truck driver to take my car there. Unfortunately, they were close to closing and needed to replace the equipment that is necessary to do such a job. Instead of turning me away, the employees contacted other locations, formed a plan and I was fortunate enough to drive my car back home that very same day. It made my week.”

“I have had good experiences with the doctors here but the front office is a mess. They have messed up my billing even though I gave my insurance three times to three different people in office. They have messed up my schedule, and the girl I spoke to was incredibly rude. You can't get a hold of them, and they don' call back. I give 2 stars for the doctors but good luck with the front office. ******Update: I would like to point out the office manager reached out to me after writing this post and was very helpful, and polite. I did change my rating from a 2 to a 4.”

“A year and a half ago when we started to look for an assisted living facility for mom, we found Live Oak Estates Circle House and immediately feel in love with the home, the staff, and the atmosphere. Mom spent 57 years on an acre home in a suburban/rural area and Live Oak Circle is nestled on an acre of beautiful pecan and pear trees, just like the old homestead. When we met Wendy the owner and the staff we were more than pleased. While extremely professional, they were also very informal and friendly. Mom’s physical needs were always met, but more importantly her emotional needs were met by the caring and loving staff. Mom found the food delicious and her favorite cook even made a pear pie from one of the trees…her favorite type of pie. We highly recommend Live Oak Circle house.”

“Louie was great. Returns calls promptly and makes the renting process easy and fast. Moving out was extremely easy as well. Adheres to social distancing guidelines perfectly. Office felt safe and clean. The units were clean and ready to go. Only gripe is at the exit gate the key pad is at an awkward angle to the gate so you have to jump out to type it in. Not big deal whatsoever just thought it was a strange design choice.”
