I have had several calls with her that went an hour or more that demonstrated how much care she takes in giving her customers all of the information and explaining the minutiae of insurance (not always a fun conversation!). Recently she got me some quotes for umbrella policies inside and outside Farmers and was very transparent. “We take our husky here to walk and it is always a great walk with plenty of smaller trails to dip off to the water when you need a cool break. There is plenty of shaded areas around the park and tons of squirrels to keep your pooch occupied. “This may be long, but worth the read. I found the owner Heather while traveling cross country in 2016. We were on a 1 year motor home trip and I hadn’t cut my hair for 6 months. I picked Heather on her positive online reviews back then. I have natural curly hair that I didn’t embrace until Heather did her magic to them. We ended up moving to Austin in 2017, therefore I was able to have Heather as my full time hair stylist. Since then we moved again and I’ve been to 3 new “Deva Curl” stylist who have all butchered my hair. There is no one better with curly hair than Heather. I would fly back to Austin from the east coast if not for Covid 19 to have Heather cut my hair. Miss you Heather!”

“After the crew was finished with my oil change. They drove my truck out of the bay and parked it ready for me to take off after I settled my bill. Well when I went to start my truck. It would not start. I asked Augustine for assistance. He and another employee went above and beyond to help me. They put a battery charger on my battery. That did not get my truck started. Then they tried giving me a jump. I felt so bad because my truck was blocking an exit bay. My truck still would not start even after the jump. Then they used a larger size battery charger and still nothing. They were doing all this to assist me in between taking care of the other customers. They tried taking a look at my starter. Still nothing. They had no way of knowing but I'm a disable veteran. At one point they suggested to move my truck? There would be no way I would be able to assist in this. My back and hips are shot and it would have cause me excruciating pain. I asked if I could just leave my truck where it was until I could get a tow truck there. The staff was very accommodating. Extremely professional and showed the utmost courtesy! They WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I WOULD EVER EXPECT FROM A JIFFY LUBE CREW!”
