Update: 2 years on and not a problem yet. Might be looking for an upgrade soon. Definitely calling them back. -

We did experience some transmission issues after we left, but with communication to the owner, Hassan, he was able to work with me and negotiate a fair repair for this and provide a 1 year warranty. We are grateful for his professionalism, courtesy and willingness to make the transaction right. We will consider buying from here again!
