I was extremely impressed with Ray Mungia and his team. We had a complex estate sale with lots of emotions and Ray made it an easier process than we could have ever anticipated. Ray went above and beyond to help us close in less than 3 days. His team was extremely responsive and courteous.

The recent sale of my home in Cedar Park was the third real estate transaction Ray has helped me with. With his guidance and and help we were able to have my house under contract in less than 2 days. Yes! Even in this current down market! We will definitely look to Ray for all of our future real estate needs!

In my opinion, you couldn’t find a better realtor than Ray. Ray is knowledgeable, resourceful, and responsive. Ray was able to get our home listed and secure and asking price offer within 3 days; even after we had unsuccessfully tried to rent the house out with a property management company. He was always there for me during the course of the selling process, even when we had to terminate the first offer at the 11th hour, and was able to secure another offer within three days. Seriously. Ray is the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with and you should work with him too.
