The Parking Spot East - (AUS Airport)

Parking Spot East is the best!
It’s easy to reserve online for great rates. I pull in and the van picks me up right at my car. When I return the van is either already at the curb or gets there quickly. I am dropped off at my car. As I drive out there is always fresh cold bottled water available. Free! Then as I leave I scan my app and the receipt is emailed. So easy. Attendants and drivers are pleasant and professional. Love this place!

Very tech easy. Just got there and scanned the bar sent via email. Gate personnel directed me to where I could park without having to go up and down each aisle. Coming back was even easier. Just scanned bar and gate opened. Friendly staff at the gate and shuttle drivers. Affordable. Definitely will recommend.

I have always parked at the West Parking Spot lot but this time, I thought I'd try East, since it was less expensive. Might need to allow 5-10 minutes more time as it's a tad farther out but it was the same ease of parking, being picked up coming and going, and the folks were super friendly and helpful.

I have been parking with this parking spot location for a little over a year. Never a bad experience. It is run efficiently no matter when I check in I get picked up by the shuttle promptly. This most recent trip I happened to get to the airport late and without asking the driver to rush or informing them I was late I was able to park and make it to the checkin area within a matter of minutes. A few suggestions for improvement: App upgrade - it needs to more user friendly, a place to enter our lane and space number would be great, a way to update our reservations or redeem free days or coupons after we’ve parked but before we pickup.I will continue to use this service.

Normally I use the airport parking garage, but since I was leaving for several days I decided to save a little and use a private lot. Very clean and ample room between vehicles. Facility is very safe and gated for security. Shuttle picks you & luggage at your car and delivers you to your departure gate.....so, you save on walking through the airport facilities. After return flight, it was same procedure. Definitely will use again.
