Awesome experience with Silverton Real Estate! I worked with Silverton Real Estate to find a lot in Austin to build a new custom home. They set me up with notifications of lots that came on the market that met my criteria. This worked very well. When I identified a potential lot, Jason worked with me to assess the buildability of the lot and highlight the pro's and con's of the lot. In the end, he helped me negotiate a fair price for the lot.

My next step will be to design and build my new home. Based on the outstanding experience with Silverton Real Estate, I plan to use their sister company, Silverton Custom Homes, to create the perfect Hill Country custom home for my wife and I.
