VIK Complete Care Lakeway

I came to this office yesterday with a high temperature. I received excellent care from the front desk to get me established. They gave me thorough testing and treatment until I felt 100%. The staff works as a team, demonstrating the leadership and excellent care of the doctor on staff, Dr. Fatima Hatia. These factors are significant to me as a patient. I highly recommend this office.

Staff was great. Very helpful and communicated clearly. It was a long day due to the complexity of the medical issues I had and the discovery process we went through. But they were thorough and eventually figured out what was going on and then got me to a hospital quickly. The doctor even followed up to see how I was doing. I hope I don't have a need to go back anytime soon, but if I do I know I'll be in good hands.

I had an issue that needed to be addressed quickly and potentially could require emergency services. I was seen very quickly by urgent care, and they immediate put me on their ER services. Everyone was so nice, calm, and efficient. I received treatment and meds quickly and given all the info I needed to follow up with a specialist. This was so much less stressful than going to a hospital ER and they took such good care of me. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed by the services provided to me by VIK Complete Care Lakeway. The care was thorough and efficiently delivered. The physician and other staff members I met (4), were personable and professional. The CAT scanner was on the premises. The scan was read, and results were discussed with us in less than thirty minutes. I am glad this facility is nearby.

I was VERY impressed! Complete Care Emergency has amazing customer service and the Dr was wonderful. She was personable, but most importantly, was a great Dr, intuitive to all my needs and cared about me. The nurse and staff were very friendly and thorough. Check-out was fast and efficient.I would highly recommend this clinic. Having a VERY positive experience during a trying time is priceless!
