  We rented a pontoon and had a great time on the lake. The boat was very clean and well maintained. It had a 150hp motor and handled pulling a tube just fine. Plenty of space to spare for our party of 8. Bluetooth stereo worked good as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of paperwork to sign, so get there early. We’ll definitely rent from VIP Marina again in the future.

  Nice, clean and updated boats. Great customer service. Well prepared staff to provide a positive experience. Family friendly. We had a great time on the lake and felt safe at all times.
  Would recommend in a heartbeat and looking forward to coming back!
  Loved the blue flip Flops guiding to the marina from the parking. I wish they would have a sign that states where to go and check in.

  We rented a boat from VIP Marina this passing weekend and had a wonderful time! There were 7 of us and my god brother captained us to several different little spots like hippie hallow and devils cove!
  
  A 4 hour excursion cost us somewhere in the $700 range and it’s totally worth it. The privacy and freedom is so exhilarating and involving without contact. I would suggest this amount of time to anyone just to make sure you see as much of Lake Travis as possible including the lovely architecture and landscape. Don’t worry, you’ll be in the water quickly too! It took us all of 10 minutes to check in and another ten to get the short captain’s course. 1st timers need not be intimidated it’s very easy. Please be prepared to read short and precise wavers. Even with a 1st time captain, the class was so in depth and the instructions were so easy to follow no one ever felt unsafe. That’s is nothing at all to sneeze at.
  
  I would suggest this to literally anyone. Especially people with large dogs and family’s! Or cozy double dates. Only couples if someone has captained a vessel before!
  
  It’d an excellent idea for people going stir crazy inside. The staff was quick and precise but do not look for a grain of southern charm. While the people are not charismatic they are professional... The expedience and attention to detail is so precise I will come back and recommend this place to my family and friends.

  We rented a pontoon boat with tube and wakeboard a few weekends ago. The pontoon boat was actually fast and a lot of fun. The 4 stars are due to the process. The staff was friendly, however we seemed to have arrived during “shift change” so everyone was all over the place not really knowing what was going on at the time. They switched our boat about 3 times, and dug into our time about 30mins. Aside from that we had a blast, and will still rent from them again!
