(October 4, 2017, 9:32 am)I really do like the atmosphere here, first thing I noticed after I started going is that everybody is very welcoming. I asked questions and the boxers in there are very knowledgeable and very helpful. Coach has a great sense of humor, the classes he puts us through are very challenging. Never knew my shoes could be drenched in sweat LOL. I have always been into the weights but this outlet helped me find that hunger and desire for fitness again.

I had learned to box at other gyms before but Coach Ed has helped guide me to have better hands but also have a better work ethic. Even if you are a beginner Coach Ed and Coach Rick make it easy to learn and also give you a great workout. Highly recommend it.
