  I recently discovered Motovation USA. I saw them on YouTube doing product reviews and again in my search for high quality parts for my street bike. I purchased a very hard to find part.
  Gilles Tooling rearsets.
  Full disclosure, there was some confusion between the German company and my US model bike. I ended up waiting for my part to be produced, only to learn that this part number fits the EU version of my year/ make / model, but not the US version.
  Point being, Hunter and Motovation USA were extremely helpful, supportive and communicative the entire time;
  Before, during and after my purchase.
  The moment we both realized there was a fitment issue, they overnighted the correct part to me. At their expense.
  I have since ordered other very expensive parts that you can’t buy anywhere else in the US. They arrive tomorrow.
  Hunter and team at Motovation have been outstanding in their communication, product information, quality of parts, and pricing. The entire experience. They truly went above and beyond.
  I could not be more happy with the purchase, parts and service provided to me by Motovation USA.

  my third time ordering an exhaust system for another new bike. Jacob in sales is always so helpful and knowledgeable. In the event of needing a return, it's as easy as an order for a part . These guys rock!!! Thank you for your excellent customer service

  I ordered from Motovation for the first time. I received the ordered today from FedEx right on time. The packaging was top quality and my product was totally protected. I installed the product and it looks so cool. All in all an excellent experience. I will be ordering again from these folks. You don’t see this service every day.

  Excellent customer service!! I had ordered an exhaust and ended up changing my mind and wanted a different one after it had already been processed and shipped. I contacted their support about wanting to swap my purchase for another system and got put in touch with Jacob from their sales department via email. He helped make the entire return and exchange seamless and was very communicative throughout the entire process to answer questions and give updates.

  Great sales team with superb communication by customer support. The products have surpassed my expectations. Easy install with clear instructions for exhausts, air filter, auto tune module and other bike specific modifications.
