  Have never met a better, more thorough and concerned doctor in my 60 years on this planet. Any fault you might find with his practice is a non-issue when it comes to having a real Dr. who does care! NO BETTER DOCTOR....PERIOD

  James was very knowledgeable in helping us narrow down the mattress that was right for us. He even made several phone calls at closing time, to help us locate a mattress. He was attentive to our needs and didnt try to just "sell" us something. The diagnostic scan was interesting ,something we never had done before as well.
  Would recommend to a friend !

  I had a great experience buying my mattress. Lyndsey, the sales rep, was knowledgeable without being pushy. She helped me find a mattress in my price range. Highly recommend.

  We visited Factory Mattress on a busy Friday afternoon. I had called in advance for their store hours and spoke with the manager, James, about their mattresses I had seen online. He gave me some advice and I let him know we would be that afternoon. When we arrived, there were several customers in the store, either checking out mattresses or speaking with James directly. He was the only employee at the time. When we entered, he temporarily left a customer to greet us and then returned to the customer. He seamlessly moved amongst all the customers, paying attention to all at individual times. We waited patiently for our turn; and in fact, the customers ahead of us sat at his desk for quite a time, debating pricing, and finally decided they didn't want to purchase. By the time they left, we and another woman (resting on a mattress) were the only customers. James showed us the mattresses in our price range, and we chose one that would be delivered the following day. We ended up picking up the mattress on Sunday, and again, James was professional, calm, kind and friendly. It was quite a pleasure doing business with him!

  The lady that was working at the store that helped me get the perfect bed for me and my husband was really nice professional helped a lot to her time with me and my sister so the bed is perfect thank u so much

  Big shout out to JAMES CLARK!! Husband & I went in to purchase a new mattress set for our teenage son and James was amazing person, knowledgeable and above & Beyond customer service with our budget and explained details of our warranty and great personality!!! I would diffently return back as customer bc after getting off 16hr shift of work,James made the process quick & easy and affordable less than 30min!
  James Clark is your SUPERMAN ?‍♂️!

  Dr. Sachdeva always spends as much time as you need. It occasionally causes a longer wait for ones appointment but it’s really appreciated when it’s necessary. He prefers to test before indiscriminately giving out prescriptions. I highly recommend

  The doctor is always informed about my conditions. Has called me at home. I have no problems with him, he is very tuned in.
