It’s hard under the circumstances of losing someone you love to even think about the processes involved, Green Cremation however made it so much easier to grieve and get things done at same time. Melissa went out of her way to make sure My loved one, my family and myself were able to understand the process and get to say goodbye to my beloved husband. I highly recommend Green Cremation, they really made sure we were taken care of and actually made us feel like we mattered and our feelings did too. My baby wasn't supposed to die. I wasn't supposed to be faced with choosing a funeral home for my firstborn at age 35. Yet... here I was.
We used google from my bed in the hospital, and my husband began the arduous task of reaching out to a few funeral homes for information. After a few calls, he seemed to struggle and took a break... he stated they felt cold on the phone, and emulated false empathy. Then, in that next round of calls, Melissa answered. From that first moment to the morning she brought the tiny Glass Orb containing our beautiful baby's cremated remains home was like dealing with a friend we had known for years. She even surprised us and had taken a casting of our darling's tiny foot... my husband often cradles it to his cheek when our heart's are aching.
