I did not purchase a phone from Mark but he spent 1 1/2 hrs. trying to help me obtain the exact service I needed, (iPhone with no internet) even though customer service said it was not possible. He went above and beyond and made an otherwise difficult situation a little better. I highly recommend this location and Mark to anyone!!

Mark and his staff definitely went above and beyond with helping me to pick the best phones for us, setting up all our accounts and transferring all of our content from our old phones to our new ones. I'd give this store a 10 star rating if I could! Thank you for all your patience, kindness and help!
