I had 2 repair companies try to fix it with no results. Mitch really knew what issues KitchenAid had and sent out a tech who spotted the problems and fixed it.

(May 15, 2017, 5:19 pm)These guys are great for both service and products. I purchased a beautiful built-in for a fraction of the cost of a new one. When the ice maker didn't work after a bit, they fixed it and made sure I was satisfied. Not only are they good at what they do, picking refurbished appliances v. new is a "greener" way to go...highly recommend these guys!

(June 14, 2012, 2:40 pm)After the delivery date of a custom ordered fridge feel through twice I contacted Mitch at Highend Appliance. He had a good match on a refurbished fridge and was able to deliver it the next business day. Delivery went smoothly and they were great to work with.
