It’s has started when I Had a terrible experience with another dealership and then I have called Silicon Auto.... best decisions have made!!! Paul was able to accommodate me immediately. I had a great experience purchasing Lamborghini Urus, Paul was professional and helpful from start to finish. Thank You for taking such good care of me. Highly recommend.

Silicon is the ultimate luxury car venue in the US. I've bought plenty of high end vehicles but these guys stand out. They go over the top to make your experience world class. Paul has been phenomenal in the whole process and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in the exotic car market.

I think most people are understandably a bit intimidated about buying a car without going to take a look first. I read all the positive comments and next talked directly with Paul and later his partner. Both were very forthcoming with details and that was followed by a careful verbal description of history on the car, its current condition a video of the car and a walk-around where I could ask questions. I felt quite comfortable. When the car arrived by enclosed carrier it was exactly as described. And the driver called me twice to let me know his location and when the car should arrive. But there was one glitch. The papers in the glove box did not include the owner's manual. I was surprised and so was Paul when I contacted him. But the important point is that he immediately sent me online info re the operation of the car...buttons, switches, settings, etc. and then volunteered that he was ordering me a whole new set from Mercedes. Throughout the whole process the communication by phone, text, email was outstanding.

So I would say that based upon my experience, that you should not hesitate to take Silicon's word. They actually make car buying pleasant and not something to be feared. Five stars without any reservation, exemplary, a big step above other dealerships I have dealt with in the past.

Paul and the Silicon Auto Group were great to work with. Completely upfront and honest with their description of the vehicle. Excellent communication, and a really smooth transaction. White glove service throughout the entire process from Paul. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

Start this review off with the fact it was a great price. Paul was always there and able to answer any questions even after hours. Customer satisfaction is a priority and I am completely satisfied with how easy they made this whole process from the loan to the having my car delivered to me. Will definitely be checking with them when it comes time to get another new vehicle. Great job and I am enjoying my new ride.
