  If I’m being completely honest, I think limiting the amount of stars we can give is bogus. They deserve 10 stars at a minimum. The outstanding service you receive from the minute you walk in the door is completely different than any other PowerSport company around town. Not one time while visiting this store have I felt the way I do when I walk into a car dealership. I never felt pressured or forced to buy anything. The entire experience feels like you’re hanging out with friends or family and they’re guiding you in making a great decision that you’re going to love. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and they work as a true team. From the sales team, to parts, to service and even finance. They truly treat you like family here.
  I have purchased two bikes here and both experiences were absolutely perfect and memorable. Robert sold me my Vulcan S and Deric sold me my CFMOTO 300NK. I have to mention that Deric goes above and beyond and at this point, he’s someone I will call a friend. Thank you everyone at Family PowerSports ATX for being different than all the rest.

  Guys. There is absolutely no reason to go anywhere else but here. I had tentatively purchased a bike elsewhere, but I just wasn’t really happy with the service or pricing. On a whim, I drove out to Family PowerSports and met up with Clinton (who by the way is one of the coolest people to talk with), and he walked me through what bike fit my needs and found the perfect bike for me. Then, I spoke with JoJo in their insurance department. She beat my current insurances rate by over $100 a month for the same coverage! I was mind blown. At this point I knew I was in the right place. Lastly, it was time for finance to take over. While finance was prepping paperwork, I was introduced to the service department and given a full run down on my bike. They were very thorough and gave me a lot of useful information and their undivided attention. Being in the car business, I have some insight on a job well done in a dealership and at this point they had a perfect score. Then I met Sandi in finance. She was the icing on the cake! Sandi, like Clinton, is second to none in her position. She’s an absolute sweetheart and VERY good at her job. Process was seamless every step of the way, and a lot of fun too (which is rare in dealerships). All that to say, if you don’t head over to Family PowerSports for your next purchase, you’re doing yourself a HUGE disservice. If I could give a million stars that wouldn’t even be enough. So call in, ask for Clinton and you won’t be disappointed!

  We ran into a few hang ups initially due to a miscommunication, but the team at Family PowerSports went out of their way to make things right. They have an excellent selection and work hard to ensure the machines are well serviced prior to sending them out the door. My son is really happy with his TrailMaster Go Kart.

  I had been looking for a Yamaha Viking VI for some time and finally found one in stock at Family PowerSports Lubbock. Deric Ince at FPS Austin made arrangement to have it transferred to the Austin store. He even personally helped transport my trade-in to the store for evaluation. I was surprised at the value offered for my trade-in and accepted the offer. After highway ice delays, the Viking finally arrived in Austin. Deric was great at keeping me informed of the transfer progress all along the way. Justin Lewis in parts helped me get the accessories I was looking for and gave me great advice on alternative products that were available. Payson Brumbelow made the finance process a snap. In total I was very pleased with the store and everyone who helped in the process of purchasing the Viking. The next day after delivery I was out in the pasture loading the turkey feeder out of the back of the Viking.

  Wow! This place is impressive! Not only do they have a wide variety of bikes, boats, quads & side by sides, but is also very clean and inviting. An employee greeted us at the appropriate time and was super helpful getting us through our purchase and answering our questions. This place puts the “Family” in Family Powersports. We will definitely be returning and recommending our friends and family to visit.
