(August 19, 2022, 4:34 pm)Garbage disposal was jammed by previous tenant. Called Save My Appliance, who said they were unable to fix it, recommended replacement, and washed their hands of the matter
After getting a replacement disposal unit, John from ACE Handyman promptly diagnosed and solved the problem without needing to replace the unit. Yolanda from the main office was responsive and very helpful in scheduling a last minute appointment. Overall 5/5, excellent work -

The other companies that I called refused to give me any pricing information whatsoever without coming to my house. I received text messages and phone calls keeping me informed of arrival time and any delays. I will be calling them in the future.

On the service date Paul showed up when scheduled, pretty quickly understood the drywall modification I wanted and quickly made it happen. On top of that he was a very pleasant person to work with. I will definitely look to them first when I need handyman type work done in the future.
