Bcuz of the recent pandemic, short staffed, schedule juggling, we've had to visit 3 different locations of Thrive in the last 6-7 months. (2 pets). There are specific steps in place for safety which I appreciate. Each visit we've experienced the best, friendliest techs and physicians. They make sure everything is covered. All info is provided over the phone. The services provided for my furbabies has never faltered even with all of the madness. I absolutely love this group.
