    The staff is professional and the customer service is excellent! Dr. Emily L. Prosise and Lia Stratton are warm, empathetic, endearing and customer oriented. They provide quality care with a personal touch. I truly feel welcome at Central Texas Dermatology and therefore I have formed a connection.     Amazing staff. They make you feel right at home, which is great when you are worried about the lesion on your body. Dr. Pro's was very knowledgeable and professional but still explained what was going on in understandable language. It is definitely worth my time to drive from Northwest Austin for the service and treatment here.

    Nice clean office and all the staff have awesome attitudes. It may be a little tough to find the office when you are a first timer but once you are there they make it a breeze for you. Keep up the nice work guys!

    Always have a great experience, even when I was having an insurance issue they made sure they went out of their way to help solve it. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, Melissa was able to diagnose and treat a skin issue in seconds that multiple other doctors misidentified and treated incorrectly first. Highly recommend!
