As I approached the receptionist desk, I was greeted by my name and a sweet smile of a young lady behind the desk. In the short time I waited to be called, I was able to enjoy the lovely decorated Christmas tree near the large windows in the comfortable waiting room. Then my hygienist greeted me and walked me the clinical area. From the time I sat in the dental chair until I left, I received a vital sign check, through oral examine, teeth polishing and through teeth cleaning with the most up dated equipment and her gentle, professional manner. During this time, I also received much education regarding the care of my teeth and a hands on demonstration of flossing.
