“We absolutely love the Afflovest! And also this company. Our insurance was renting our son's Afflovest through a DME for a few years when one day they stopped approving it. They had already paid much more than the price of the equipment and they wanted us to return it even though our doctor appealed and we appealed, they would no longer approved. We reached out to Afflovest and was put in touch with Bobby who was extremely helpful and assisted us in figuring some things out with the DME. The Afflovest is such an important piece of medical equipment - it is the difference between sickness and hospitalization many times. We are very thankful to have this. We also like that our son is able to walk around while using it.”

I used to travel from Slaughter to see Dr Snow up near Medical Parkway since I loved him, but when he retired I needed to find a new dentist. I am so happy I found Dr Chen since he's such a great dentist. I have had horrible experiences with a lot of dentist in Austin that recommend treatments that are unnecessary just to make a buck. “I started my CF journey in October and my initial goal was to check out a few Crossfit Gyms before signing up so I could get a feel for the culture, the people, coaches, etc. Well, after my first session, I just knew this was the place for me. The members were so welcoming, and the coaching was fantastic. Coach Blythe (who is also the owner) was very helpful, and took time to make sure form was correct, and the body was warm before doing the workout. Since then, Blythe has been beyond helpful and amazing to not only myself but my wife too. She has helped us both lean up, gain confidence and improve our CF ability. The gym is not the biggest, but there are plenty of classes so you always feel welcomed, and never too crowded. Our family is so addicted to this gym, the people and the professionalism, so glad we found this little gem in Pflugerville. We are blessed to have crossed paths with Blythe and the 3-Strand family. If you want a family atmosphere, great instruction, and motivation, 3-Strands is right for you.”
