“After years of back injuries and pain, I decided to look for a gym that could help me build strength and prevent further injury. My upper body strength had gotten so weak that I could not carry my infant for more than a couple of minutes and I knew something had to change. I was always interested in weight lifting, but I was nervous to cause more damage. Sacrifice Training got great reviews so I decided to give it a shot. After my first session with Haley, I called my husband from the car and said “that gym is something special.” I have had several sessions with Haley and I am impressed every time I go. Haley actually listened to my concerns about my back and agrees that I needed to start slow with the basic building blocks of lifting. Gyms I have been to in the past were not attentive to those concerns, causing further injury. Haley has my work out planned before I even arrive and is very patient with me as I learn the basics. And this is one of the most impressive parts of the gym: everything they do at Sacrifice Training is intentional. They don’t throw things together last minute. They customize the work out to the needs and goals of their patrons. A few weeks in and I can hold my daughter for much longer and more confidently than before. Almost every session I have gone to, I have observed other trainers working with kids seeking to improve in their physical performance and/or sports. Watching this interaction blew me away further. The trainers do not talk down to these kids. You can see the respect they have for these young athletes and they are so attentive to every little movement and detail. They encourage and correct (when correction is warranted) every step of the way. If you are considering this gym for your child, you will not be disappointed. I’ll say it again, this gym is something special.”
