She first fixed a botched job I had, then touched it up months later, and now has changed the looks to be so fresh and fun!! Cannot recommend her highly enough!!! 🥰 She spent an entire day pulling out individual hairs to strip the color, then bleached the remaining (to avoid damaging the hair) then section dyed it all mermaid unicorn colors.
