They made the process very easy, from their staff that answered and scheduled the appointment (Cheryl) to the friendly, knowledgeable young man that came out to do the work. They even called to reschedule because of bad weather before I realized it was raining. The tech guy not only closed up all potential areas where the rats were getting in but also educated me on what to look for (mainly because I asked). He took his time answering all my questions, but worked efficiently to get the job done. He also came back several times to check the traps as that was the part I was most grossed out to do. I even got a follow up call after the little boogers were gone to make sure all was good with the service. The price was spot on after I had talked with others that spend way more than I did and did not get the removal service as part of the deal. YUCK! The owner, Mike came out and checked after the first round with the tech. Customer service was right on, service was fantastic and follow up was superb! If I can figure out how to post pictures of some of the work they did I will. I had a rodent problem before in another house and did the work myself, it took me hours and just as much money as calling them out. “Good apartment with great neighbors! I love the community here. Management change a few times but our requests would always be done in a timely manner. Nice view of the pond and lots of fully grown trees in walkable areas. The dog park is huge and has for small dogs and larger breeds. Gate would sometimes wouldn’t work but there was a security doing rounds which I guess makes up for it. Pool is nice. Gym can get some more equipment and it would be perfect. Overall I enjoyed living here because of the people we met.”

“Nice state park, the maps and trails are a little confusing tbh. They encourage you to get the map via a QR code instead of a paper one, and the paper one they do have has less info. But since you’re probably going to lose cellular service you might want to save the map or take a screenshot or something! And there are too many people here who do not have the right etiquette. We saw so much trash including beer cans just thrown into pools of water! And families with children blocking the trail (which crosses the river and is kind of narrow - so you really do need to wait for them to clear the area) plus the children screaming at the top of their lungs with the parents right next to them doing nothing at all. That said, the park is pretty nice and well maintained! Nice restrooms, nice picnic area and playground for children, helpful rangers and although the website suggests you print the day pass out, we showed them the online receipt and they gave us a printed out parking pass for the car Definitely do recommend buying your reservations online as the park fills up, especially on long weekends and holidays. Also ask the rangers for less crowded trails so you don’t have to deal with disrespectful people who don’t follow park rules!”

John, one of the dental assistants came and sat down beside me in the waiting area. Can not say fully how much it means to a fearful new patient to be put at ease and laugh. I bet it leads to cooperation even when in pain, and especially a better outcome.”
