“Our family needed to rent an apartment for a few months as we were completing the construction of our new home. With the help of our realtor, we found Avanti Hills at the Galleria and were so glad we did. The property is extremely well maintained, attractive, clean and quiet. It has a beautiful pool area, excellent exercise room, and the convenience of an attached covered parking garage. You are also in easy walking distance to the Galleria, and can enjoy the 2.0 mile trail around the property if you just want to get outside. Avanti Hills is very friendly to tenants and pets. Tenants were nice and seem to appreciate the quality of the place. Our apartment was very clean and ready to go when we arrived. Modern appliances. Everything worked . If we had a maintenance issue (and they were small), management responded very quickly and professionally. Bottom line: this is a very, very nice apartment complex...whether you are looking for a short-term stay or as a long-term residence. We met several long-term residents during our six-month stay, and they spoke highly of Avanti Hills. That says it all to us.”

“My two kids both went to A New Day and we love the school! Irma, Gayle, and the rest of the teachers are loving and care for your kids the way you would. They also prepare them for Kindergarten really well. My kids made the transition with ease and love learning and school. The lower teacher-to-student ration gives extra attention to each child, so they really get to know the teachers. The school is very organized and I always got really fun art projects coming home. My daughter is in 5th grade and still talks about Mrs. Irma. She wants to work at A New Day for her first after-school job and is trying to figure out how to make it work. :) We stay in touch and take the kids by to say hi to their favorite teachers. I attended Summit for a total of 13 years up until I graduated, and I can honestly say that they have prepared me for everything that college has thrown my way. The community at Summit is something very special, when I attended many of the other kids were very friendly, and I am great friends with some of them to this day. The system for ordering and approvals is streamlined and intuitive. Prices are very reasonable and they offer a wide array of custom, standard and rush items. Delivery fees to local locations are very reasonable. Creation Station produced vinyl stickers, business cards, several vinyl banners, and postcard flyers for my client and delivered them on time on rush turnaround times. I'd much rather support local businesses if I can do so with my client budgets, and these guys definitely blow the big online printers out of the water. I'm so glad I found them! Stop shopping around and just call these guys to have them print everything for you!”

“Had lunch at this small restaurant (behind the Chevron gas station) for some authentic Mexican cuisine. The food was delicious and far exceeded our expectations! All of the meats (Carnitas, Barbacoa, Pastor and shredded chicken in the Chile Rellenos) were well cooked, soft & full of flavor. Our servers were happy to serve us and made our experience of their restaurant a memorable one! Had a warm crispy churro for dessert. Will have to go back for more 😊 And we did go back for more! This time we had some horchata and tried the Entomatadas plate, Pollo a la mexicana plate and the chimichanga plate. Everything was sooo good!!! 😋”

“We rented the Casa Del Marina home for the long Memorial weekend. It was 3 couples with one teenager and one 3 yr old. The house was very clean and Shelley was A GREAT HOST! This property has a private boat dock, but with the water levels low, we weren't sure if our boat would get into the cove and store properly. Shelley went out to the property to check the water level for us! The TV had many different software options so our toddler was able to watch BabyBum, Cocomelon, etc. LOL! There is not a king bed in the house, however the queen bed in the master was very comfortable. The master closet is very large and has a vent so we were able to put our toddler's pack 'n play in there for her to sleep. We kept the doors closed with a gap and was able to hook up her sound machine and monitor easily! Sound does travel in the home, but she didn't wake. (One con in the master was the top window up high does not have blinds, so the sun comes in early and we weren't able to get back to sleep. Suggestion for the owners to add blinds to this window and a few Tupperware's for use in the kitchen.) The back patio was great and we grilled many times! There was a good amount of shade from the trees so my toddler was able to enjoy her small pool we brought with us. We launched our boat at Pace Bend park which was very close. The first night we ate right across the cove at the Lighthouse restaurant. It had great views of the water and lots of water misters to keep cool. Their menu was large and food was good! Sunday night they had live music and we could hear it perfectly from our back patio! (It did end by 9:30pm or so, and it didn't interrupt the sleeping toddler.) Trash and recycle were easy to take out to the bins. Paper towels, Clorox wipes, sponge, and extra trash bags were provided. We used the washer and dryer once and they worked well! The cove was GREAT! The lake was rough due to strong winds, but the cove was calm and peaceful. My teenager was able to paddleboard (stored on boat dock), the adults floated, and there were 2 comfortable fold out chairs in the boat dock closet for use! We saw deer in the front yard...driveway plenty of space for a Tahoe + boat trailer, Jeep, and small SUV. The home did not come with a blow dryer but Shelley dropped one off for us on our front door to use! Such a great help! She also suggested restaurants for us with a quick response time! Overall, everyone was very happy with the property and very impressed with Shelley as a host! We look forward to renting with you again! Thank you!! :)”
