My neighbors are polite and quiet. I love having an elevator. so helpful for bringing groceries up. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. Cons: -Front desk staff can be a little difficult to reach but I've always been able to get through to them same day. -Air conditioner is definitely loud.”
