The staff is always engaged and attentive. The consistency of medications, showers and cleaning is always on point. Anytime my Mom needs her laundry done there is always someone to do it with a smile, which I really appreciate. Her overall health is drastically better than when she was living at other facilities.
My husband has been at this place for about 3 years now. I have seen man changes here both aesthetically and with staff. However I am very happy with the care my husband receives, and things continue to improve. I live in katy and drive past a few other homes but I would rather drive a little longer for the care that is offered there. Staff are always pleasant. Patients here are cared for and the place smells nice.
My mother has been at this home for many years now. I have seen a lot of staff go by, but the team that is there now is very good. From the staff caring for the patients to the management I am very happy with the care. The food has greatly improved and the communication is excellent.

I had my mother at this home for a few years now. They have renovated over time and look to be in the process of more renovation. Staff is very friendly and attentive, they have been there for many years. I do not remember walking in and smelling urine or other foul odors. The staff answers the "lights" timely. Management is attentive and communicates well. Thank you
