We came in 30 minutes before closing time with our broken down car-they stayed an extra THREE hours past closing time just so we could get back on the road that night. They even drove to the woodlands to get us the part we needed. Excellent waiting space (chargers, cold drinks, coffee, snacks) and clean bathroom. There’s even a parrot.

(March 1, 2019, 10:20 am)Benny is the guy that I have been talking with. He has been very patience, nice, professional and very willing to ask any questions that I have had. My son attends Prairie View A & M which we are from Dallas. So with this being said we had no ideal on where to take his car in Waller. I instructed my son to take his car to Firestone. Needless to say he read the reviews on this place which were good considering some. The price for the tow of my son was fair. The arrival of the tow came less than 30 mins. My son drives a 2005 Hyundai Sonata for vale gasket, starter, tow and labor the price was fair. We have not picked up the car. I just felt the need to give a feedback. However I will update when we pick up the car on 3/1/2019 to tell the performance of my son car. So far I am impressed. By far they have been more affordable than Firestone. Stay tune for update
