  Great experience! I had the pleasure of working with Ross on a service issue recently and was pleasantly surprised how professional, efficient, and responsive he was. I know it is difficult to find good customer service people these days but newer manager Doug (1+ years) has done a good job to find/keep individuals like Ross.

  Everyone we dealt with was WONDERFUL. Andrew is like another son, Kayla remembered us from prior visit, which was impressive. Sheldon was very helpful with financing. Jacqueline is a joy to work with. Will definitely recommend this location.

  5 stars!!! Sales: Blake was awesome. As first time buyers he took great care of our needs and considerations. He was very patient with us as I'm sure we were pretty selective on our travel trailer expectations . He also engaged and involved our two kids (11 and 5) in the process. Finance was a breeze. Mario was able to get our payments under what we expected by a few dollars. Steven in parts was very helpful in assisting us picking desires necessitates for our first time. Our service technician, Mike was also a pleasure to work with. He walked us through the setting up and operating all the components. He took time to answer all of our questions, no matter how minor they were. Jaqueline was very helpful with coordinating finances and delivery of our travel trailer. She was very insightful and a delight to work with.

  Austin Stout was our salesperson, and he was awesome! He was very patient and showed us several models since we weren’t sure of what we wanted. He was very courteous, very personable, and very professional. I highly recommend Holiday World of League City!

  We made our first RV Purchase today. I want to thank Chris Hornsby for understanding our needs and getting us exactly what we needed. Great customer service and friendly people at the Mesquite place. If anyone looking for a great place to purchase your RV or accessories this is the place to go. Kalle Howell was awesome in the accessories department. Thank you Holiday World for our first RV purchase.
