“I don’t know where to begin with Crystal. She’s amazing at what she does and she’s super passionate. Up to today she has made 7cakes for our family and I will refuse to use anyone else. Her cakes are super moist and everything is made from scratch, no store bought butter cream! She’s currently working on our wedding cake which we are excited to see. A few months ago Crystal came to the rescue when my sisters wedding cake had a disaster. The cake crumbled and melted as soon as we received it, it was not a naked cake as we had ordered and there was no decorations on it. We obviously were heartbroken and did not know what to do the night before the wedding. We reached out to Crystal at 11pm And brought the crumbed cake to her. She was able to save a little portion of it And add her amazing talent to the cake. If it weren’t for her we would have been eating Kroger cake at the wedding, that’s is a true passionate baker, she took our case personal And always helps out. We truly live doing business with her!”

“Years ago I was abandoned by the AC company that I had been using. I still had a warranty but they wouldn't answer the phone. I found American Services and they bent over backwards to find out what my warranty was with American Standard and fix my problem. They have been my AC company since. They are the BEST around. Always on time, good work, good price. If it's not broken they don't fix it. The last time they were out the technician drained the shop vac that I used to get the water out of the drain pan, after he BROUGHT IT DOWN THE STAIRS from the attic! It was full and heavy (which is why it was still up there.) That's above and beyond!!!”
