This was BY FAR -the UPMOST respectful place I have ever sent a pet to for servicing and not only have I sent a pet here but they have come to me to retrieve my 11year long best friend -which I am more than certain anyone who has lost a pet that they’ve had for even a few years can understand my not being able to do even the smallest of tasks ie: calling a crematorium or driving to one with my recently departed (VERY large breed) best friend of the past eleven years.
