  Dr. Michelle L. Puzio-Bell is an awesome doctor. She listens to everything you tell her and if necessary takes action to fix a problem. My wife and I have been with Loyola for over 35 years but now that Dr. Michelle has left, we will be switching to Northwestern. To Loyola medicine: You have lost a valuable asset to your business!

  Doctor is knowledgeable and caring. She explained my symptoms in terms I could understand, and offered options for treatment. She answered my questions. I felt she responded to me as an individual and she took her time with me. I appreciate her hard work.

  This was my initial appointment with Dr. Puzio-Bell.
  I felt at ease with her pleasant demeanor and conversational manner. I felt like she answered my questions and did a good exam. It was an unexpected bonus to have my ear wax removed, painlessly.
  Totally a very positive experience that I have come to expect from Loyola physicians.
