Great place to deal with. Clean restrooms. Friendly staff. Been working with them for yrs now and they always do their best to get you loaded on time and quickly. Brenda pearl and the rest of the clerks are amazing!!!!

We've worked with the JOA Team for several years and it is always a please to ship with them during our produce seasons where the majority of product is imported from Mexico. Their Scheduling Team is proactive and communicates very well which makes our Carrier Partners happy and loading is very efficient for all our pickups. They are open to feedback and constantly looking for ways to improve, while also working with the Transportation Partners like us provide feedback on ways we can improve. It's a very symbiotic partnership and we look forward to continuing to work with them for the future!

Checked in 3pm. Out the door by 430pm.
But I was the only truck there. Staging area was completely empty.
No over night parking. But I'm pretty sure you can park on the street. Clean bathroom.
Bathroom are always a ➕️. Treat us like humans.
