Never been here before, I ordered the ceasar salad with chicken and the vegetable soup bowl. Overall it was hearty, there wasn't a lot of people inside and they have tables to charge you phones or laptops. Reminds me of Starbucks but serving food. The young gentleman at the register was really friendly and gave me great advice of what to eat.

Best menu items so far are the Autumn Squash soup and the Fuji Apple salad with chicken. I was expecting fresh fuji slices and the sweet crispy slices of dried apple was a delightful surprise. The Autumn Squash soup should be on the menu permanently, it's that good. Chicken noodle soup is salty and so-so, I hope they revamp the recipe. The bear claws have great filling but I highly suggest taking them home to warm up. I had an issue with a rude employee but once I brought it to their attention, managers Katherine and Angel made sure to straighten things out, and it has never happened again. Those of us addicted to strong coffee will find Panera's coffee a little disappointing, and this location runs out of half and half occasionally. That said, Panera is worth stopping by for a quick meal. And, any place willing to take good care of customers gets my business.

Came here at 3:15pm on a Thursday. It was really busy and only 1 cashier. It’s so busy that the “designated waiting area” had about 12 people in it waiting for their order. They did have a nice staff member walking around with cookie samples for those waiting which I thought was cool but for someone coming in to get something quick, this whole process is a major turn off. I just came in for a coffee because I had a gift card and it’s right next to a location I had to do some work at and it would’ve been more convenient to go to a coffee shop instead. Staff is nice for the most part, but I’m only coming here again if I plan on eating here, otherwise, for a snack or a coffee/smoothie, it’s a huge time suck.
