  I’m very impressed with this team, customer service is outstanding. Manager Scott went above and beyond to take care of me and I’m forever thankful for that. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new Trek bike.

  Brought bike in to see if they had a spare part. Mechanic was very friendly and helpful. Didn't walk out with the part but he was able to help me.find what parts I would need to order. Would definitely revisit this shop since I received great service

  This was my first visit to this Trek store. My usual store is in Allen, TX (#1704) where the service and atmosphere is always outstanding ... I usually deal with Billy Bob & Barney. Those men have been trying to get me a new bike for months ... a black, large, Verve+ 3, Lowstep ... and finally found this one in the Southlake store. I was very reluctant to buy at a store other that the Allen store because those men had spent so much time and effort to get me that specific bike, but both assured me that would be fine and that they would deliver the same service and assistance regardless of where I bought the bike! They said their first goal was to get me on that bike as soon as possible to avoid what appears to be a very long wait time (almost a year) away. Now THAT is great customer service!!!!
  
  Even though this visit was the first at the Southlake store I was greeted and treated to the same kind of friendly service as I'm accustomed to at the Allen store. I had talked to Jack the day before to confirm they had the bike and he reserved the bike for me to see the next day. When I got to the store I talked primarily with Maria (sales) & Jimmy (service), both of whom were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. And … this great service was freely given with their knowledge that I was (and would likely continue to be) a regular customer at the Allen store.
  
  I know this was a question about your Southlake store, but the best way I could describe my good experience is to describe their service by comparing it with the outstanding service at Allen. Said differently, I would unhesitatingly refer anyone to visit either store for what I believe to be an outstanding experience!
