(November 5, 2021, 1:50 pm)I went to migrate 4 lines (all my family phones) from sprint to T-Mobile — the team was extremely knowledgeable of the migration process. They knew how to solve all the problems that faced them. Rami, the store manager and two other employees gave us their recommendations of the phones we should choose and what the best plans and deals are. Thank you all, that was an exponential experience.

I appreciate that he at least made an effort and that was successful. I had already spoken to the customer service support team that did not conclude a solution.

Andy and the other gentleman in the store were kind, funny, and very helpful in explaining what I needed to do to make it happen. Andy was very patient and answered all of my questions while setting up my phone and porting my number for me. Hands down the best experience I have had in a cell phone store.

(December 12, 2019, 12:28 pm)Update: I reached out to the clinic, and it is a bill they eventually override, since most of their NPs are not in network with a lot of insurances. Will wait and see. Front staff Michelle was very helpful.
After I asked the front desk MULTIPLE times to assure I would only pay my copay. Visit was fine, besides the hour and a half wait at opening because the practitioner “was running late”. NP was great though.
Just got a bill in the mail of a couple hundred $, because the NP was not in network of my insurance, when I had asked about this at walk-in. Pay privately, avoid getting billed hundreds by mail. -
