Big Thank you to the staff of Land and Coates for the superior service in the purchase of my new Kubota tractor. Kenny Langer was an excellent sales person and answered all of my questions and helped me decide the correct tractor size for my needs. Staff was helpful with the scheduling of the delivery when it was convienent for me. Mr. Dudley was amazing with the delivery and answered all my questions and even gave some great advice on cutting my field.
Would recommend this store for all your tractor needs

The service provided was nothing short of SUPERB!!! Nick was my sales rep. I found him to be responsive to my questions and concerns as well as a subject matter expert on the products I discussed with him (X900 and GS 2120) and purchase the X900 this day and the process was seamless.

I would also like to point out that it was my wife who found the RTV for our farm and on the several calls she made to this Land and Coates location she was treated with respect and was the recipient of great customer service by the other staff answering her calls. This location and the team needs to be commended for treating all customers the same and not taking anyone for granted. This is the number one reason they got me through the doors. Thank you.

First time at this location as recommend by my husband's supervisor at the Golden Horseshoe Golf Course Maintaince Department in Colonial Williamsburg. He called Nick with Land & Coates the day before our arrival and told him to take care of us. When we arrived at this location the salesperson we were to meet was assisting a customer We deceived to walk around and look at the inventory on hand. Very impressive with lawn products on display and available to purchase. Store was stocked up appropriately. Nate was our salesman. He was courteous and very professional products was exceptionally through. His knowledge of lawnmower's and tractors was bar non. He took his time to explain each products specifications according to the needs of his customer (my husband) Nate made his recommendations and allowed us to select which product we needed. We decided to finance our new mower since he really gave us a great deal that couldn't be duplicated anywhere . Even after we purchase our new mover my husband remembered that Nick had indicated that he would send him additional blades when it was delivered. (Upon delivery of our new lawnmower the co-worker didn't bring the additional blades with him but stated he would tell Nick the next day when he returned to work.
I called Nick two weeks after our purchase to say that we didn't received the additional blades as promised with the delivery. He reassured me that he would in fact take care of our blades. He told me my husband could either come back to the store or he would have them delivered to Colonial Williamsburg Golden Horseshoe Golf Couse Maintaince Department since they already are established customers.
This is truly great customer service because most places of business I've notice tend to want to blame everything on the Pandemic. Kudos to Nick and the staff of Land & Coates for setting the example of true customer service. It really does go a long way. Most places of establishment rely on referrals from their customers or reviews that they read. Nick I'm now your favorite customer because I do plenty of reviews. lol

This is not a typical church. There are no "correct" policies or forms. Simply a group of kind people who seek God with all their hearts.
Simple and biblical messages that even my little brothers can understand. Transparent and practical teachings on how we can live with Christ day by day (not just on Sundays).
My family and I have moved a lot geographically and have had the opportunity to be part of various churches.
With much love and joy, we can say that this is our permanent church ... where my children and grandchildren can grow, learn and know about God. ❤️ 🙏

For years I had my riding mower serviced locally. It never came back right, there was always something wrong. I have used Land & Coates for several years and when they service my mower is serviced, it comes back like new. I am very pleased with the high quality work done by the Land & Coates service department. Indeed, everyone I have come into contact with at the Gloucester/Hayes store is courteous and professional. I know where I will be buying my next mower.

Wife & I bought a Kubota BX2680 tractor on 9-6-2017, Jeremy was a great help in this process and was so kind & knowledgeable with all our questions, even stayed after closing to work with us (don't see that much these days) and actually everyone there that day was so kind, I've seen a couple reviews on here with complaints about the customer service here, my experiences with them has been fantastic! Had the 50 hour service done on the tractor & they fit me in when they were really busy and did a great job with the tractor & the pickup & delivery is a really great thing. I had several bad experiences with the Land & Coates in NN several yrs ago, really poor service & just plain rude people so that's why I haven't done business with Land & Coates for yrs, actually we had no plans in doing business with them that day, just went there to look since they have such a nice selection and after having such a great experience, we bought a tractor, Box blade & Landscape Rake!!
We can't thank everyone there enough for the kind n helpful service and will continue to do business there.
As for the tractor, its one BAD A_ _ MACHINE!
