Nice technician, went to check wheel weight balancer but was advised kindly to balance it at a shop. The other auto store nearby gave a rude response.

I know next to nothing about cars, and so going to an auto parts store is not favorite thing to do.

My brother was having issues with his car's battery, and Glenn and Joel really helped us out. Glenn was amazing as he explained what we could expect from the battery test they ran, to what options we had for buying a new one, and making sure we brought the car in afterwards so they could check it out to make sure there's not any other issues with it. Joel recommended a lubricant that ended up not working for us, but we still appreciated the help.

Overall, we had a great experience here. This O'Reilly's is not in my neighborhood, but I'd definitely consider making the drive over here for car help in the future!

James by far went above and beyond I left my phone on an aisle in which he returned it to me before I could even leave the store he also helped me put my battery in my key fob and gave me a recommendation on hitting my blower motor for my air conditioner and it kicked on and started working guys are awesome I really appreciate an honest man that’s willing to help definitely didn’t expect it but if he came through.
