Specifically would like to acknowledge our local contact, Ms. Sullivan. During the 2021 Winter Storm Uri, Ms. Sullivan contacted me promptly once she became aware the pipes burst in my Unit. She helped me identity the water meter and valve for my unit so I was able to shut it off. She was kind, empathetic, and made herself available for any of my questions or concerns. I appreciated her humanity and going above and beyond to ensure my family and I were safe during a very difficult period.

I've been in the ground maintenance business for 28 years and I have worked with numerous property management professionals. Sara Marie is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She has been responsive and fair minded in all of my dealings with her. Spring Sullivan, our RealManage account manager, has been great to work with as our development moved from the developer's control over to our community's control. She has been extremely diligent in getting issues resolved quickly and with a great deal of attention paid to costs (ours!). Spring worked tirelessly reviewing our vendor contracts in an attempt to reduce our monthly costs and she's been quite successful with that. RealManage has a fantastic client portal that is very easy to use and understand and the reports that the HOA board uses are a wealth of information.

Management companies have a tough job. And many fall short far too often. RealManage has done a solid job for our community, especially in the last few years under Cindy Neale. She has far exceeded every past manager we have and improved my opinion of RealManage. The company has recently also made a fair and satisfying action on a small issue we encountered, which goes a long way. Definitely happy with our current arrangement and would suggest considering RealManage for your needs.
