Josh was very helpful when we were moving from DC to San Antonio. Due to COVID and many rentals being occupied it was nearly impossible to do a live walk-through of rentals. Despite this limitation, Josh helped us secure a great rental that 100% met our family needs during a crazy summer rental period. Josh was extremely helpful with all things we needed to do to ensure we could move into the house as soon as possible. With Josh's dedicated help we were able to have movers come at 9AM of the very first day we had keys to our new rental. After being on the road for nearly three weeks, it was great to move into our San Antonio home as quickly as possible. We highly recommend Josh for your moves!
