“I have worked with Jeremy in the Fine Arts department at the Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired for 5 years. We work in side by side classrooms on a daily basis so I see him interact with a variety of students all day long. The man is amazing. He is friendly, positive, patient, and loving. He is an excellent teacher for all of these reasons. It is clear that he loves music and he shares that love with his students. He works with blind/visually impaired students who often have multiple impairments and he is dedicated to their learning in every way. It is amazing the creativity he brings out of each individual student and the joy in their faces when they realize that they, too, can play the guitar. Jeremy is someone that your child or you will want to spend time with in any capacity.”

“My daughter, Emily, has been a student at Russian Overtones for 12 years (ever since she was four)— mentored by both Julia and Valentina Klueva. These two women are phenomenal teachers, and know just how to guide students of any age and experience. Emily enjoys playing piano as well as the weekly lessons, and we would recommend Russian Overtones to anyone interested in further exploring music.”

“Heritage went above and beyond my own expectations and had my Tesla looking just as beautiful as the day I first got it. Jacob was spot-on with repair time and cost estimates even with it being so close to Christmas when I dropped the car off. I also appreciated his advice in regard to insurance providers to save me the most money out of pocket. Big thanks to the whole crew there for their work!”

“Clairen is the best! As all first type home buyers are, I was very nervous about finding the right realtor. I felt at ease when I met Clairen. She is very knowledgeable about the ATX market and is eager to meet the needs of her clients. If she is unsure of something, she will do research to find the answer to help you make the best decision. I was especially impressed at her ability to identify pros and cons, I had not realized, in certain areas, communities and homes. I will definitely use her in the future if I ever need a realtor again. You will not be disappointed if you choose Clairen.”

“Update: Manager Chelsea reached out right away and got me back in to fix it up at no additional charge. She took the time to discuss what I was looking for, what would look good, and how to style it. Fantastic experience on round 2. I went in for a major cut. I had approximately 12" cut off to donate and needed a short haircut style for the first time in years, and I was relying on the aestheticisan to help me find a good look. I showed her a couple of styles that I liked. One shorter that I thought would be a good style for now, and one longer that I wanted to be able to grow out to. Instead she cut some sort of weird combo, with the undercut coming nearly to the top of my head. I'm left with a weird patch of hair that's long enough to need styling, but too short on the sides to slick back or sweep to one side. It looks terrible and she even said "well that's the best we can do" when we were done. I'll be going somewhere else soon to have it cut short and start from scratch. The whole experience felt like a slightly fancier super cuts, but for twice the cost and a worse haircut. In all fairness, she seemed perfectly competent from a technical standpoint. Perhaps if I had known exactly what I wanted I would have gotten better results, but I wouldn't recommend going in trying to find a new look.”

“I injured my shoulder, and Molly was able to help it heal, and then helped correct my bad habits to reduce the chance of injuring myself again. She has also helped me with how to best use my body in yoga and barre class. Molly’s style is very supportive and educational, never judgmental. I always feel about an inch taller after leaving class, physically and mentally.”

“A few years ago, I attended a "Concept Painting with Photoshop" and a "Basic Corel Painter" digital painting class that changed the way I worked. I had used only a small portion of the painting power that Photoshop offered and I had never worked in Corel Painter before this class. When both classes were over, I never worked the same way again. My skills had solidly improved and I began to have the confidence I needed to seek and attain a number of freelance illustration contracts. The instructors are patient, understanding and subject matter experts. If you are lucky enough to receive instruction from Master Painter Roger Barcilon, you will benefit immensely from his wealth of experience and knowledge. If you are looking to earn a 4-year diploma in visual arts and communications, check out their degree plan. If you can participate in one of their summer painting or digital graphics week-long courses, I recommend you attend. It was well worth it and changed my career and enjoyment of art.”

“If you are looking for a pixie cut, look no further! Jacob has you COVERED. I went in with a pixie that had grown out to a mushroom cut over an undercut and I needed MAJOR help. Jacob listened to me during our consultation and read between the lines (he read my mind). He created such a fabulous hair-cut that looks good on ME and it was completely customized to my head and face shape. He is pure magic with scissors and took the time to teach me how to style it like he did. The environment in the salon is so lovely, it's hard to put into words. This is not your average boring salon. This is A PLACE TO BE! The artwork is beautiful and custom created by an artist from Miami. The experience is heightened by the ambiance Jacob has created in his salon. It is so hard to find stylists who do amazing pixie cuts and I'm so happy I've found Jacob at Shear Flawless!”

“What a great place!!! I am new to Austin and was looking for a Vet for my new fur baby and have found a place that we feel at home. I called and spoke with Red she was so nice and helpful and got me in the same day. I arrived and called letting them know I was here and they asked if I would like curbside or wait for a open room. I chose to wait for a room and the place is small but so homey and comfortable feeling like the old school Vets I've always had. Once in the room Sam the Vet Tech was awesome, nice and caring. Then I met with the Doctor and total old school, down to earth he was great he said I'm Bob wow he didn't introduce himself as Dr. So n So just simply Bob. The check out with Tera was smooth and again super nice, down to earth (she even reminded me of a friend back home for me another sign I chose the right place). I highly recommend taking your fur babies here it's refreshing to find a place that is all about "our pets" which is what it is all about. Thank you Best Vet for the great welcoming service today Austin Mina and I are very blessed. Austin Mina gives it two paws up.”

“Karen represented me well and helped me sell my house-- she was very knowledgeable and helpful, and she effectively marketed my house. She communicated timely, clearly, and professionally. She went above and beyond, even spending hours to help get my house ready (staging, clearing misc stuff, etc.) Closing went without a hitch.”

“I bought my car here at Friendly Motors Group. Leland helped me with the process of purchasing a vehicle. The staff there are very friendly and professional. My time there went very well as the purchase was seemingly smooth with no hassle or long waits. I would definitely recommend Friendly Motors Group to anyone looking for cars. Not only they clean them up, but they tune them until they are like new again! If you plan on going to this location, I would reach out to Leland for the best experience!”

“Shining Stars has provided a safe and happy environment for our son’s transition from home life into school. The Montessori approach is ideal for him; he shows it each day by his eagerness to go to school (despite not being a “morning person”) and by his happy chatter about classroom events. We really like the personal touch of this school - the owner/director Ms Vino is so good with the kids, and she and the teachers are all very competent and experienced at calmly handling the emotionality of young children. The staff is also very responsive to direct communications with parents. Text messages and requests for in-person discussion get quick attention, so it really feels like we have an educational and childcare team on our side. We have watched our little boy grow by leaps and bounds both socially and academically, as his natural curiosity is nourished at Shining Stars. If you are looking for a great and happy start to schooling, Shining Stars checks all the boxes!”
