Michael Humphreys reached out to me after finding me in an apartment locator email thread, I'm assuming. He made sure to get in touch with me and explain to me the purpose of finding an apartment the right way. All I can say is I am stress free!! I went into the process stressed as I still had to be at work and find an apartment within two weeks. All I had to do was open my phone and answer to his calls or texts and listen and trust what he had to say. I learned a lot about apartment searching thanks to Michael H. I would say I'm very happy with the place we found and it really is thanks to Michael for being active and on the lookout when I wasn't able to. He called or answered the phone asap when I asked questions. He took the stress out my experience!! He's a great help if anybody needs to find an apartment!

Moving from another country made finding an apt in Austin challenging and exhausting. As soon as Michael stepped in the search became so much easier. He asked a few key questions and did all the ground work...two days later we've found the perfect place and the search is over. Highly recommend!

Michael is awesome! He found an amazing deal on an apartment for me in ONE day! I was shocked at how quickly it went. He is very knowledgeable about the city and will not sugar coat. He understood my situation and helped me find the best area for me in my price range. I really felt like he had my best interest at heart.
