(October 6, 2020, 11:08 am)We purchased a bookcase that we found, upon assembling it, had a shelf that had misdrilled holes. Upon calling customer service line, they indicated that to replace that shelf, it would take 3 months to order and ship. We reached out to the Lakeline OfficeMax and they kindly agreed to take apart their display bookcase in order to give us this shelf. Both the manager, Josh, and the sales person, Kayla, were not only professional but very kind and accommodating to help us out. Very pleased with the service at this store! Highly recommend.

I went through a couple chairs before finding one I really liked - the staff was great about helping me process returns. I will definitely purchase from them again - very good experience
