Zane at Bird Creek Roofing is the consummate professional. He showed up when he said he would and did the job right the first time...in one day. My roof has never looked better. Even the guys who put on the new gutters showed up on time and were done quickly. Zane will walk you through every step and be courteous about it. I could have picked any one of a dozen roofing companies out there, but Zane was the right man for the job because of his character.

I cannot say enough good things about Zane. He came out to assess needed repairs and realized that the roof had hail damage. He worked with my insurance company to negotiate roof replacement. Zane scheduled a time and date and was at my house at the specific time. Zane and his crew worked to complete new roof installation in one day. They kept me informed of problem areas and completed the process. They finished the roof and clean up all excess materials within that one long day. This was a very satisfying experience. I highly recommend Zane and Bird Creek roofing for any roofing concerns.

I contacted Zane during the Ice Storm to inspect my roof due to numerous large limbs falling from the ice storm. As soon as it was safe Zane and his colleague set up the inspection, they were prompt and professional. Thankfully we did not have any damage to the roof itself, but he did notice our dryer vent needed replacement. Zane quickly found the part and had it replaced. Extremely prompt and professional service!

These guys are heroes. Winter freeze / snow storm wrecked my trees and we had to deal with some roof damage. If you are looking for a professional roofing company that is focused on the relationship and quality, these are the guys you want on your roof. Some companies wouldn’t even return my call, given the backlog of business from the storm BUT Zane and his crew showed up to give me a quote right after the storm, then unexpectedly went ahead and just knocked out the repairs on the spot! They even helped me remove some remaining branches off my shed. I got a personal walkthrough on my roof with his crew and they showed me examples and what to look for when identifying damage. He took the time to talk to me about ideas for framing out my awning so that I could upgrade it to a new metal roof. They even referred me to someone to frame it out. I know this company does high end jobs as well and probably had big jobs to get to after the storm, but they came out and spent time making sure I was taken care of, treating me like any big paying customer. I highly recommend and can’t say enough about the work they did and especially the people themselves that came out. Top notch all the way! I have future plans for a metal roof and will be using this company in the future. Zane even talked to me about improving my home value- he has extensive real estate background also. Birdcreek Roofing is a huge win and basically saved the day!

Just exceptional service from Zane! I had the wrong dryer vent cover on my roof and needed someone to replace it for me. He answered my call immediately, sent me a price quote shortly after, and did the dryer vent cover replacement all on the same day! Plus, he sent me all the roofing work pictures, so I can be assured. You seriously can't get better service than this and the price was unbeatable. I'll definitely come back for any future roofing needs!
