Les Sherman was recommended to me by my handyman, "Mike of All Trades" Godwin in Georgetown, TX. They had turned a friendship at church into an informal partnership to help folks prepare their homes for sale with minimal cost and aggravation. Working with both of them has truly been a pleasure. I needed roof repairs, so Les recommended another friend from church to do the job: Milton Oliver of Oliver Bros. Roofing in Austin, who managed to do a first rate job while saving significant money for me. Needless to say, I've become a great fan of following recommendations based on friendships from church!

Les was always professional, friendly, tactful, prompt, and proactive. He had great instincts for what would and wouldn't work, even in a real estate market that had basically gone nuts. We sold for thousands more than we had been prepared to accept, and were also able to defer payment on many repairs (like that roof) until they could be paid from the proceeds of the sale.

Happily, and without reservation, I recommend Les Sherman to anyone who needs a realtor!
