We suffered heavy hail damage in April and needed a full roof replacement. Roofers were canvassing our neighborhood like crazy and we were weary of scams and out-of-town companies. By chance and our good fortune, we decided to go with Nick at Action Roofing.

First off, Nick was incredibly responsive. He was available by text and would respond within minutes anytime we had a question or concern. We thought we just needed a new roof, but Nick assured us since there was damage to the AC unit (mostly just cosmetic) and some window screens and gutters, we could get it all replaced under the same claim -- no extra money out of our pocket, entirely from the same deductible. Again, we were hesitant and afraid we were being tricked into agreeing to more work that we'd be stuck with the bill for, but Nick assured us the contract we signed stated that we would never pay more than our deductible, and it doesn't hurt to just ask the insurance company for more to be added to the claim.

I'm so happy he helped walk us through that process and spoke to the insurance company directly for us. We ended up being able to get our entire outdoor AND indoor AC unit and gas furnace replaced too!

The quality of work was superb too. We have a difficult 2-story roof, lots of joins and steep slopes. They were able to replace the entire roof in one day from start to finish.

Definitely would recommend and will be using these guys in the future if we ever need to again. They're an excellent roofing company and will go the extra mile as your contractor to ensure all other needed work gets done.

What an amazing job! I needed a total (and I mean TOTAL) roof replacement. Jacob navigated the tortuous insurance claim process wonderfully, and his crew was super polite, professional, quick, and thorough. I had an ANCIENT roof that came off in a million pieces, and when his team left my property was spotless. Highly recommend this company!!

Nick and his crew were fantastic. On time and done in a day. Plants, etc. protected and excellent clean up when finished. Nick working with the insurance adjuster made this painless. Nick pointed out where the last roofer had cut corners. He got those areas all fixed. Shingles were also upgraded from the old roof. These upgrades and fixing of corners previously cut had nothing to do with the hail damage that caused the need for a new roof, and could/should have been on my dime. But Nick got it done with no out of pocket to me. Highly recommend Action Roofing .

Jacob & the Action team are amazing! Jacob was so professional in navigating the negotiations with our insurance company and us. He was always responsive and level-headed through all our conversations. The crew was knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant, & hard working. They showed up early and worked a long day to finish our roof in one day. Then they left our property immaculate - not a nail or shingle scrap anywhere! In addition Jacob was so helpful in connecting me with other contractors to do other pieces of work we needed done. I highly recommend Action Roofing and Construction! I would absolutely work with them again.
