Christina is very knowledgeable about Georgetown, Sun City area, and Central Texas. She is very professional, reliable, and super sweet. She has a very high energy which allows her to be very quick to respond and she remembers to follow up. When she says she is going to do something, you know she will do it. I don’t know how she does it; but it is probably because she loves what she does and she loves meeting and assisting people. She is willing to go the extra mile to help find the home you want. She was very patient with us until we found the right home for us. She worked her magic and applied her knowledge to make sure our offer was accepted. She also has many contacts that she knows to recommend if you want something done to your home, like painters and handymen, or a new fence. My husband and I highly recommend Christina to assist in finding or selling your home. We would definitely use her again, but for now we are super happy in our new home. Christina’s experience in Sun City where I purchased my home in May of 2019 was invaluable to me. She educated me on evaluating why homes weren’t selling….an example being if steps needed to enter from any of the 3 doors can cause problems as we age. Giving contact information to banking & local serve providers (30’ tall tree needed removal after a storm). In short, a friend to go to for valued advice .

I think I have found a perfect realtor for me due to her sincere and genuine personality. I have purchased four homes so far. Therefore, I have gone through many realtors and know how they treat me in general. Their goal is just selling or purchasing houses without caring how much I can be happy with the new homes. Christina never rushes and more importantly listens to me about what I care the most about new home and waits very patiently for me to make my decision. If there will be another house purchase in the future, she will be the one I will contact first. I highly recommend her to anyone.
