Nicole did a great job in explaining the new RESMED S11. I have used the S9 since 2010 and I am curious to see how this unit has improved over my oldie but goodie unit.

Fantastic service and friendly personnel. CPAP was having issues so brought it in for evaluation, they saw me right away, did a thorough professional review, and gave me great guidance on next steps. Genuinely trying to help out rather than giving the runaround. Will definitely come back!
This office is amazing! I called from Atlanta, as I do once or twice a year, to have an O2 concentrator delivered to my daughter's home in Austin for my use while visiting there. Terence took my call and could not have been any more friendly and helpful. He even called my daughter to arrange delivery the same day, to our surprise and gratitude. I've used this office three or four times and it is always great. Thank you so much!
